Job Description

As Sales Manager (broadcast), you’ll lead our clients commercial growth across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, helping customers deliver world-class broadcast and streaming experiences. Working alongside an experienced Senior Sales Engineer, you’ll design and present IP video contribution and distribution solutions that solve real-world challenges for broadcasters, service providers, and enterprise media clients. Your role blends technical understanding with strategic sales execution, building trusted partnerships that drive long-term success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Present IP video and broadcast solutions to technical and commercial audiences across the Benelux region.

  • Drive the pre-sales process, from requirement gathering to proof-of-concept delivery.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to support design validation and project scoping.

  • Engage closely with regional resellers, distributors, and systems integrators to expand market reach.

  • Represent at key industry events and local trade shows such as IBC Amsterdam.

  • Maintain visibility into market activity, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

  • Contribute to detailed forecasts, sales reporting, and territory planning.

  • Travel across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg as required (up to 50%).

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical pre-sales within broadcast, networking, or streaming.

  • Strong understanding of IP contribution workflows, compression standards (H.264/HEVC), and transport protocols (SRT, RTP, ST-2110).

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.

  • Established network within broadcasters, telcos, or system integrators across Benelux.

  • Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English and at least one local language (Dutch, French, or Luxembourgish).

  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
