Job Description

As Sales Manager (Broadcast), you’ll work closely with customers and partners across the Nordic region, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden — to bring our clients world-leading IP video and broadcast solutions to life. You’ll showcase innovation through demos, design tailored solutions, and guide proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate measurable value. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll build strong relationships with Tier 1 broadcasters, integrators, and media partners, helping them adopt next-generation low-latency streaming and contribution technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a technical and commercial point of contact, presenting solutions to both business leaders and technical audiences.

  • Support the full sales cycle with pre-sales consultation, solution design, and proof-of-concept coordination.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Senior Sales Engineer to deliver tailored demonstrations and technical proposals.

  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with regional broadcasters, system integrators, and resellers.

  • Represent at major industry events such as IBC, NAB, and Nordic Broadcast Forums.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies across IP, streaming, and networking.

  • Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.

  • Travel regularly across the Nordic region (up to 50%).

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3–5 years of experience in broadcast, IP networking, or streaming technology sales.

  • Understanding of key broadcast standards: H.264/HEVC, SRT, ST-2110, NDI, RTP, and multicast networking.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting broadcasters, media companies, or AV system integrators.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluency in English plus at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).

  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across multiple markets.
