Job Description

We’re looking to expand our network of freelance broadcast professionals to support live sports events across Europe and beyond. These roles involve working on-site at major stadiums and venues, helping deliver virtual advertising and broadcast technology solutions for international sporting productions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for deploying and operating cutting-edge systems that enhance the viewing experience for audiences around the world.

The Roles

Technical Support - Ideal for individuals with basic technical experience in live broadcast event operations 

  • Provide on-site support at live sporting venues.

  • Liaise with broadcast and technical partners to ensure systems operate smoothly.

  • Assist with setup, calibration, and system checks.

  • Operate cameras or related equipment as required.

Broadcast Technician - Perfect for those with hands-on experience in outside broadcast (OB), engineering, or live production environments. 

  • Set up, configure, and test virtual systems and on-site equipment.

  • Collaborate with broadcast trucks, venue operations, and connectivity partners.

  • Monitor systems during live matches and make adjustments as needed.

  • Safely derig and pack down equipment post-event.

Team Lead / Supervisor - Ideal for experienced professionals confident managing teams and complex live event operations. 

  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of broadcast systems.

  • Coordinate and lead on-site technical teams.

  • Act as the main point of contact for production partners and venue management.

  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and ensure quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in sports / live broadcasting, engineering, or technical operations.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for short assignments (typically 3–5 days).

  • Adaptability, professionalism, and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.

  • General computer literacy; full technical training will be provided.
