Job Description

Our client, a global leader in content connectivity and broadcast solutions, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Broadcast Support team as part of a 2025 graduate placement.

As a Broadcast Support Graduate, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge broadcast, fibre, IP and satellite systems used to deliver live content to audiences worldwide. You’ll gain experience supporting a range of technical infrastructure from studio equipment and cameras to advanced network and connectivity solutions all within a team known for its innovation and global reach.

What you’ll do

  • Support and maintain studio and broadcast systems across multiple facilities

  • Assist with second-line technical support for live production environments

  • Work with IP and satellite networks, ensuring smooth transmission and fault resolution

  • Participate in project work, installations, and preventative maintenance

  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and network operations staff

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Broadcast Engineering, Media Technology, or a related field

  • Understanding of communication systems, IP networking, and production technology

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • A proactive, inquisitive approach and ability to work independently or in a team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role is based fully on site in Manchester and is full time on a 12-month fixed term contract.
