Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing technology company that powers streaming and video delivery for some of the world’s most recognisable media and sports brands. They’re at an exciting point of scale - expanding internationally and investing in the next phase of commercial maturity.

We’re partnering with them to hire a Vice President of Sales & Marketing Operations - a newly created role designed to unify and elevate their go-to-market performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this position will sit between leadership and the commercial team, which includes a Head of Sales and senior sales lead.

The brief is to bring structure, discipline, and visibility to the full revenue engine — aligning sales and marketing, tightening operational processes, and introducing a scalable partner and reseller program.

You’ll have the freedom to shape how the commercial function operates, driving data-led performance while freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy and international growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unify and optimise sales and marketing operations into one coherent GTM model.

  • Strengthen CRM use, funnel hygiene, and pipeline reporting.

  • Introduce structure to pre-sales and technical alignment.

  • Build and manage a scalable partner/reseller program.

  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and commercial processes that enable predictable growth.

Candidate Profile

  • A hybrid commercial operator with experience across sales operations and marketing operations.

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS, broadcast, OTT, or related tech environments.

  • Proven record of scaling and professionalising revenue teams.

  • Strong grasp of CRM systems, automation tools, and data-driven decision making.

  • A collaborative leader who can influence at all levels and bring order to growing organisations without slowing momentum.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to join a high-growth, London-based organisation at a key moment of expansion. You’ll have a genuine mandate to build structure, shape process, and set the foundation for future scale - including a potential future hire focused on partnerships.

The company offers flexible working, private health and dental cover, travel insurance, and a collaborative, social culture that values initiative and results.

If you’re an experienced commercial operator who thrives on bringing clarity, alignment, and performance to fast-moving teams, we’d love to hear from you.
