Job Description
We’re working with a fast-growing, international TV operating system business that is transforming how audiences discover and engage with content. They are now looking for a Head of Ad Sales, Europe to lead regional advertising revenue and shape the commercial strategy across key European markets. This role can be based from anywhere in Europe.
This is a senior, high-impact role for an experienced ad sales leader who understands the CTV and OTT landscape and enjoys building relationships with agencies, advertisers, and demand partners. You’ll have ownership of regional revenue performance while collaborating closely with global teams across ad operations, marketing, partnerships, and finance.
What you’ll be doing
• Lead and grow advertising revenue across European markets
• Build and manage senior relationships with agencies, brand advertisers, and trading desks
• Identify ad sales opportunities, create compelling proposals, and close inventory deals
• Develop revenue forecasts, targets, and regular performance reporting
• Collaborate with global inventory, operations, and marketing teams to tailor advertising solutions
• Represent the business at major European advertising and media industry events
• Provide ongoing client support, campaign insights, and identify upsell opportunities
What we’re looking for
• 5–8 years’ experience in digital ad sales, media partnerships, or a related field
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding advertising revenue targets
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the CTV / OTT ecosystem
• Fluent English, with additional European languages highly advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a distributed, international environment
