Job Description

We’re working with a rapidly growing global Connected TV platform powering tens of millions of smart TVs worldwide. As part of their continued expansion, they’re hiring a Head of Endemic Ad Sales & BD to drive Media & Entertainment advertising revenue across Europe.

This is a senior commercial role with real ownership and strategic impact.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead endemic ad revenue across key European markets

  • Build senior relationships with content providers and media partners

  • Turn distribution partnerships into commercial growth

  • Develop tailored CTV and programmatic advertising solutions

  • Own pipeline, forecasting and revenue delivery

About You

You bring:

  • Proven success in digital ad sales or media partnerships

  • Strong knowledge of CTV, OTT and programmatic ecosystems

  • A consistent track record of hitting revenue targets
