Job Description
Our client, a leading UK Media Technology solution provider working across broadcast, media, and professional AV environments, is looking for a technically minded Project Leader to join their projects delivery team.
This is an ideal next step for an engineer or technical specialist with project experience who’s ready to move into a dedicated project management role. You’ll lead and support integration projects across media & entertainment and corporate environments, working closely with technical, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high technical standards.
You’ll take ownership of smaller projects from start to finish and the position offers progression toward a full Project Manager role within a well-established, forward-thinking systems integrator known for delivering high-quality media technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver small to medium-sized customer integration projects across media and AV environment

Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, logistics, and engineering teams to manage project lifecycles

Plan and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Maintain project documentation, risk registers, and client updates

Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery
Key Skills and Experience

Technical background in broadcast, post-production, or pro-AV systems integration

Experience managing or supporting customer delivery projects

Understanding of media workflows, live systems, or AV and IT infrastructure

Strong organisational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project planning platforms

Knowledge of PRINCE2 or APM methodologies would be an advantage
