Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity with a leading IT/SaaS business for a Head of Professional Services. This is an great opportunity to join a global technology company at a pivotal stage of growth, leading the transformation of its Professional Services function into a high-impact, revenue-generating business unit.

As Head of Professional Services, you will define, build, and execute the organisation’s global professional services strategy. You’ll lead teams across implementation, consulting, training, and customer success, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding customer outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a transformation plan to evolve Professional Services into a revenue-generating unit.
  • Defining and implementing billable service models, pricing structures, and delivery methodologies aligned with go-to-market strategies.
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Establishing clear financial and operational KPIs, with full P&L ownership.
  • Driving predictable revenue growth through effective forecasting, utilisation, and margin optimisation.
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a global team of project managers, technical account managers, and service engineers.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centric delivery.

About You

You will be a commercially focused, operationally minded leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and service offerings that deliver measurable value.

You should bring:

  • Proven experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success teams within SaaS, technology, or enterprise software organisations.
  • A proven track record in managing services as a profitable, billable revenue centre.
  • Strong experience building scalable service models and commercial offerings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A deep understanding of project delivery excellence and the customer lifecycle.
  • A relevant degree; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
