You'll take charge as the hands-on IT Manager. You will lead IT operations, ensuring systems meet federal and regulatory requirements, with opportunities to grow into broader IT leadership.

You’ll Have Oversight Of:

• IT Infrastructure & Systems – Servers, network, endpoints, cloud services, backup/disaster recovery.

• Security & Compliance – CMMC Level 1 & 2, FAR, DFARS, TAA, NDAA compliance, audits, incident response.

• Vendor & Asset Management – Licenses, hardware/software compliance, procurement oversight.

• Employee IT Support – Onboarding/offboarding, daily IT support, endpoint management.

• Processes & Documentation – IT policies, workflows, inventories, and scalable infrastructure.

You'll bring:

• 8–10+ years IT experience, including systems administration.

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoints.

• Strong expertise in IT security and regulatory compliance.

• Relevant certifications highly desired: Security+, CISSP, Microsoft, or CMMC-related certifications.

• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
