Job Description
We are working with a leading UK technology organisation to recruit a Software Business Manager to join their commercial team.
This is a high-impact role focused on owning and developing a software portfolio, driving revenue growth, and maximising vendor partnerships.
The role:
- Own and develop a portfolio of software vendors (including cloud, SaaS, and licensing)
- Drive revenue and margin performance across the portfolio
- Work closely with sales teams to enable successful deal execution
- Build strong relationships with vendors and align on incentives and growth plans
- Provide insight into market trends, competition, and new opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in software, SaaS, or cloud within an IT reseller, distributor, or vendor
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on pricing, margins, and growth
- Experience managing vendor relationships and partnerships
- Understanding of licensing models and software ecosystems
- Ability to influence and enable sales teams
The opportunity:
