The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow business across the UK and Ireland. This is a senior, customer-facing position with responsibility for key account management, regional sales strategy, and expanding both partner and end-user relationships.

You will work closely with EMEA colleagues and cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and senior sales leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

  • Own and develop key client relationships across the UK & Ireland territory

  • Create and execute a strategic regional sales plan to drive revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, channel partners, resellers, and system integrators

  • Promote the company’s solutions across broadcast, AV, and enterprise sectors

  • Act as a brand ambassador, presenting solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Represent the business at UK and international industry events and trade shows

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver territory objectives

  • Contribute to team meetings and initiatives that support wider business growth

Technical & Pre-Sales Support

  • Deliver high-level technical and solution-based presentations to customers and partners

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts

  • Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date and accurate information


Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in sales within technology, broadcast, AV, or enterprise markets

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Commercially astute with a customer-first approach

  • Self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a solutions-focused mindset

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Results-oriented with resilience and a drive to exceed targets
