Job Description

We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business operations, application support, and data analytics. This role supports International Home Entertainment and Digital Distribution teams, helping ensure the systems and data that power global content distribution across physical and digital channels run smoothly and evolve intelligently.

You’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to support core applications, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver data-driven insights through robust reporting and SQL-based analysis.

What Makes This Role Unique

  • Blend hands-on SQL and data analysis with business-facing application ownership
  • Act as a trusted partner to international stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Support and enhance enterprise systems critical to content planning, sales, licensing, and distribution
  • Play a key role in shaping reporting, analytics, and system improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with International Home Entertainment and Digital Distribution stakeholders to understand business workflows, data dependencies, and technology needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for applications supporting product planning, sales, licensing, and distribution
  • Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Support and enhance enterprise applications, acting as an escalation point for operational issues
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver system enhancements and improvements
  • Use advanced SQL to analyze data, validate accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting and analytics
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities
  • Manage and prioritize enhancement requests and project backlogs in partnership with stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Media & Entertainment or content distribution environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and SAP
  • Experience with modern BI, reporting, or analytics tools
  • Interest in learning new technologies and partnering closely with engineering teams

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning applications, working directly with data, and helping business teams operate more effectively through technology.
