Media Facilities Manager - Qatar

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Media Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of media production and post-production facilities. The role involves ensuring operational excellence, managing resources, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the install and deployment of live production facilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

• Manage and advise on customer's technical requirements, including delivering on technical changes

• Lead the deployment of media services such as post-production, coordinating internal and external teams.

• Monitor performance and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage budgets and financial planning for the facilities division.

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain a high-performing team.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in facility or operations management, including 3–4 years in a managerial capacity.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
