Events Manager – Sports & Corporate Hospitality
Contract: 3 months (Inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite – West London)
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to support the delivery of high-profile sports events and corporate hospitality programmes for a leading global media and sports organisation.
This is a contract role with strong potential for extension or permanency. The position requires a confident, detail-oriented events professional with proven experience managing premium live events, senior stakeholders, and complex logistics in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of sports and corporate hospitality events

Manage ticket allocation, guest lists, stakeholder requests, and client approvals

Coordinate logistics including transport, accreditation, infrastructure, and onsite operations

Oversee vendor management, negotiation, and supplier coordination

Track and manage event budgets, ensuring delivery within agreed parameters

Support internal leadership presentations and stakeholder communications

Deliver premium hospitality experiences for C-suite executives and high-profile clients

Travel to domestic and international sporting events as required
Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in events management

Strong background in sports events, corporate hospitality, or large-scale live events

Experience working with senior executives and high-profile stakeholders

Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working extended hours, weekends (6–10 per year), and during major event periods

Confident operating in high-pressure, live-event environments
-
French language skills beneficial but not essential
