Job Description

We are working with a leading IT systems integrator who is seeking a Commercial Analyst – Data to join their newly formed Commercial Operations team.

This role is responsible for managing product and service data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, strong governance, and consistent pricing across all SKUs. You will support product lifecycle updates, pricing changes, and data governance processes while working closely with Commercial, Product, Finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage product and service codes within the ERP system

• Ensure accurate SKU setup, categorisation, and ongoing data integrity

• Implement new product introductions, code updates, and discontinuations

• Manage pricing updates and promotional adjustments

• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and pricing consistency

• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and ERP efficiency

Requirements

• Experience managing product or master data within an ERP system (any specific experience with Business Dynamics would be highly advantageous).

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Understanding of pricing structures and commercial operations

• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams

• Analytical and process-driven mindset
