Job Description
We are working with a leading global technology company that delivers mission-critical software solutions to the broadcast industry, supporting thousands of TV channels worldwide.
They are now looking to hire a Project and Support Engineer to support a growing portfolio of North American customers and projects.
This is a fully remote role, requiring someone based in the North American time zone.
The Role
You will play a key role across both project delivery and customer support, including:
- Installing, configuring and commissioning software solutions
- Supporting customers by diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Working closely with development teams to replicate issues and support fixes
- Delivering multiple concurrent projects and ensuring successful system deployment
- Providing training and technical guidance to customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in broadcast, media, or similar technical environments
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in customer-facing support or project roles
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
Additional Experience (Beneficial)
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, networking, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with broadcast systems or media workflows
