Job Description

Our client is a leading Broadcast product manufacturer and is seeking a UK Sales Manager / Account Manager in B2B technology/technical sales looking to enter the broadcast / TV / Television industry or professionals seeking advancement within it.   

This role involves selling leading industry products at a company pivotal to Broadcast technology evolution. It's an opportunity for ambitious individuals to establish themselves in our client's major sales market, leveraging existing customer networks while prioritizing expansion.

Responsibilities encompass fostering customer relationships, driving demand for our client's products, and securing projects. Success requires strategic thinking, a data-driven approach using SalesForce CRM, technical adeptness to learn new products and demo to customers, and a commitment to continuous learning. 

The role, primarily home-based, involves frequent regional customer visits throughout the UK (on average 50% per week), occasional head office attendance, and strategic engagement near major broadcast customer hubs (South-East, Midlands and North-West). It demands a proactive can-do attitude and a dynamic approach to customer interactions.

Core duties include developing UK sales with established relationships with broadcasters, media & entertainment companies and system integrators, nurturing System Integrator relations, acquiring new customers (can be from existing customer base), and presenting our client's products to end users and SIs.

Success indicators include achieving sales targets, maintaining a robust pipeline using CRM Salesforce tools, strengthening SI relationships, cultivating a personal network within key clientele, and playing a pivotal role in tenders and advice to customers in the broadcast domain.

Excellent benefits package offered, with a base salary of approx. £45-55k pa (depends on experience) plus up to 25% in OTE.
