A fantastic position has arisen for a driven and confident Technical Account Manager to join our award-winning video streaming solutions client based in Central London. As a company, they are well-funded and going through an exciting period growth all whilst boasting an impressive list of broadcast clientele. 

Joining as Technical Account Manager, you will take full responsibility and ownership of your own accounts and become their key point of contact within the business. Your focus will be to ensure that you are building and strengthening relationships with clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and taking the time to understand their business requirements. You will develop a strong understanding of the product offering allowing you to deliver solutions that meet the clients objectives but also give you the ability to identify commercial opportunities and take the lead on converting them to revenue streams. 

In addition, you will have a technical aptitude to be able to understand client architecture, manage change requests and act as the customers voice to ensure projects and tasks are delivered on time, to a high standard and to the required specifications. 

To be successful, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in an Account Management position with a strong understanding of the broadcast industry, with a particular focus on video streaming, OTT delivery and cloud-based platforms. You will be personable, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being challenged daily and aspire to exceed client expectations. 

You will possess a technical grounding in broadcast video / streaming technologies or be able to demonstrate a desire and capability to acquire a high-level of understanding of these technical aspects. It is highly beneficial, if you can demonstrate experience of working within a SaaS business with further indepth knowledge of video streaming technologies such as transcoding, encoding, ad insertion etc.
