Christy Media is working with a leader in project management and scheduling software for the media and entertainment industry.

They are seeking a Client Success Team lead to work and lead the Product Specialist team. 

Within this role you will develop client success strategies, and processes aimed at improving retention, satisfaction and account expansion. 

Working together with both Sales and Development teams to align on company goals. 

Ensure comprehensive on-boarding and training for the new product specialist joining the team. 

Occasional work outside of standard work hours could be required to liaison with US colleagues. 

Successful candidates will have 5 years experience in leading teams focused on client success for a SaaS product. 

Located in Palma. 

Fluent English Speaker.
