The Role: As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the team, driving profitable business growth across all the company group. You will collaborate closely with internal sales teams to gather customer requirements, design innovative solutions, and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in resilient IP-based media networks, satellite solutions, and technical sales will be instrumental in shaping their success.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams on contracts, new business, and products to drive profitable growth.
• Gather customer requirements and design solutions that exceed expectations.
• Provide technical input into RFIs, RFPs, and contracts.
• Continuously improve service delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and drive innovation in technology and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in technical solution design for broadcast and media industry.
• Prior experience in technical sales, including consultative sales techniques.
• Good knowledge of broadcast networks and IP technologies.
• Familiarity with compression, multiplexing systems, and origination platforms.
• Knowledge of satellite solution design.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality project-based services predictably and cost-effectively.
