Job Description
We seek an experienced Account Executive to drive growth within our client's North American Broadcast and Telecom markets. You'll play a key role in developing new customer relationships and manage existing key accounts. Ideally, you'll have proven relationships with Tier 1 broadcasters and excel at executive-level sales and complex contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by securing new clients and maximizing opportunities within current accounts.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key channel collaborators.
- Engage with senior stakeholders in major accounts while collaborating with sales engineering and internal teams.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan with defined targets and performance metrics.
- Align sales objectives with senior leadership to ensure business goals are met.
- Monitor industry trends, evolving customer demands, and emerging technology shifts.
- Provide precise monthly and quarterly sales projections using Salesforce.com.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscapes and market movements.
- Travel throughout North America (30-50%).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong understanding of broadcast workflows and industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Highly responsive and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and experience working with sales support teams (preferred).
