Job Description

We seek an experienced Account Executive to drive growth within our client's North American Broadcast and Telecom markets. You'll play a key role in developing new customer relationships and manage existing key accounts. Ideally, you'll have proven relationships with Tier 1 broadcasters and excel at executive-level sales and complex contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by securing new clients and maximizing opportunities within current accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key channel collaborators.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in major accounts while collaborating with sales engineering and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan with defined targets and performance metrics.
  • Align sales objectives with senior leadership to ensure business goals are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, evolving customer demands, and emerging technology shifts.
  • Provide precise monthly and quarterly sales projections using Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscapes and market movements.
  • Travel throughout North America (30-50%).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast workflows and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Highly responsive and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and experience working with sales support teams (preferred).
