Job Description
The Senior Solutions Engineer France and Benelux will serve as the primary interface between customers and the product team, leading product discussions, managing feature requests, and developing proof of concept solutions for customers. The role will involve handling customer PoCs, maintaining product demos, delivering technical presentations, and supporting the sales team across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee pre-sales engagements, collaborating with the Sales team on customer opportunities.
- Manage and provide Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demos tailored to customer requirements, serving as the main point of contact.
- Identify product feature gaps and facilitate feature requests with the Product Team.
- Represent the company at trade shows, road shows, and technical forums.
- Respond to technical inquiries related to RFI/RFPs.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers at customer and partner organizations, ensuring they are supported in design and support initiatives.
- Stay updated on innovations in relevant industries.
- Manage projects, tasks, and resources related to customer opportunities.
- Organize time and priorities effectively for all responsibilities.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of real-time transport and encapsulation protocols (e.g., RTP, UDP, SRT, RIST, ZIXI, MPEG-TS).
- Familiarity with Linux server operating systems.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads in an agile environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate, plan, present, and organize tasks.
- Understanding of audio/video and media standards (e.g., AVC, HEVC, JPEG-XS, ST 2022, ST 2110).
- Candidates must be Located in Paris and have a Native/fluent level of French.
