Job Description
A leading broadcast software and solutions company is looking to recruit a permanent Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer-facing software and systems integration projects in the broadcasting sector. From initiation through to deployment, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to an exceptional standard.
You’ll manage a portfolio of projects, lead and motivate a small project management team, and act as the key point of contact for customer delivery. You’ll also take the lead in any contractual or delivery-related dispute resolution, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and deliver multiple customer projects from initiation to completion

Drive project schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications

Build and mentor high-performing project teams

Ensure customer satisfaction through regular reporting and proactive risk management

Support the establishment of best practices, templates, and tools to enhance project delivery

Participate in contract discussions and manage change requests and potential disputes

Oversee quality assurance and ensure projects meet required standards

Provide strategic input into resourcing and process improvement
Skills and Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Prince2 certification
-
Experience of delivering broadcast systems based projects such as playout, MAM , video encoding or transmission

Skilled in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage budgets and drive successful outcomes under pressure

Experience handling contract disputes and vendor management

Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels
