A leading innovator in professional audio and wireless solutions is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts from their Surrey-based office, on a permanent basis. Their products are trusted by audio professionals worldwide — from blockbuster film sets and hit TV shows to major live tours and broadcast events.
The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the senior leadership team, overseeing the development and execution of global marketing strategy. You’ll manage a transatlantic team focused on digital content, social media, events, and web presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and driving brand campaigns across multiple markets
- Building visibility in live sound, RF, and recording segments
- Leading content creation, thought leadership, and PR initiatives
- Collaborating with sales, distributors, and partners to align on go-to-market strategies
- Managing marketing budgets, KPIs, and external agencies
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years in technology marketing, ideally in audio or media tech
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Strong skills in brand development, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and creative leadership abilities
- A passion for marketing, comfortable with being hands on across campaign delivery.
Location: Surrey, UK (office-based), 3x days a week on site, 2x days a week from home.
