We’re partnering with an innovative technology company based in Montreal to find an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager. Our client delivers sophisticated solutions for control room environments and visual collaboration, serving a global customer base across government, transportation, utilities, and enterprise sectors.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives in B2B environments—someone who understands the nuances of digital and content marketing and has a track record of driving lead generation, brand engagement, and campaign performance.

You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and take ownership of marketing programs across multiple channels. The company is looking for a creative yet analytical thinker who can blend messaging and metrics—someone ready to shape campaigns, build engaging content, support sales efforts, and manage the moving pieces of a growing marketing operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals. This includes managing the company’s online presence, planning and launching digital campaigns, collaborating closely with sales, and producing compelling content that resonates with the company’s audience. You’ll analyze campaign performance, adjust strategy based on results, and ensure projects stay on track and on time.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a B2B marketing professional with at least five years of experience—ideally in the tech, software, or ProAV industries. You’re fluent in the tools of the trade: HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing analytics, and content management. You’re a strong communicator, equally comfortable writing a case study or optimizing a campaign. You’re highly organized, comfortable juggling priorities, and you take pride in producing high-quality work. A background in SEO/SEM and Google Analytics is a strong asset.
