We are partnering with a leading UK technology organisation to recruit a Head of Business Management to lead a critical commercial function.
This is a senior leadership opportunity where you will take ownership of a significant product portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and strategic alignment across the business.
The role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Product Management team (5 direct reports)
- Own portfolio performance including revenue (triple-digit MM £), margin (double-digit MM £), and forecasting
- Define and execute commercial strategies aligned to go-to-market plans
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and vendor partners to drive growth
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in Commercial Product Management within an IT reseller, distributor, or vendor environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the IT channel and vendor ecosystem
- Data-driven and strategic mindset
The opportunity:
- Base salary of £75,000 – £90,000
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Nottingham
