Scandinavia Sales Manager

Broadcast & Production Technology

UK-Based | Remote | International Travel

We are working with a leading international manufacturer within the broadcast, media production and professional video technology sector to recruit a Sales Manager focused on the Scandinavia and Baltics region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected business with a long-standing reputation for innovation in broadcast and content creation technology. The company develops premium technical solutions used by broadcasters, film studios, production companies and professional content creators worldwide.

The role would suit either:

  • An experienced sales professional from the broadcast/media technology market, or
  • A strong B2B sales person looking to transition into the broadcast production technology industry.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of developing sales across the Scandinavia and Baltics region, working closely with end users, channel partners, system integrators and consultants to drive demand and identify new business opportunities.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role where technical confidence, commercial awareness and strong networking skills are key.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become a recognised specialist within a high-growth market segment, representing a portfolio of established industry brands and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales opportunities across broadcast, media production and associated B2B sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broadcasters, production companies, system integrators and channel partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
  • Support tender activity, proposals and bid management processes
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations to customers and partners
  • Work closely with internal product, technical and sales teams
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Attend industry events, customer meetings and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building and networking ability
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering against targets
  • Fluent English communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • Broadcast, professional video or media production industry knowledge
  • Experience working with technical products or solutions
  • Understanding of system integrators and channel sales models
  • Existing relationships within the broadcast/media technology market
  • Additional European language skills

Location & Travel

  • London-based / UK remote
  • Approximately 50% regional travel across Scandinavia and the Baltics
