We’re looking for an experienced Client Director to join our client and take ownership of a portfolio of Tier 1 media and broadcast accounts. This is a senior role focused on deepening client relationships, upselling and cross-selling across existing high-spending customers, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge audio, video, and production solutions.

Within the role of Client Director you will:

  • Work with flagship clients in the UK’s top broadcast and media brands.
  • Represent industry-leading solutions across post-production, OTT, video editing, audio, and collaborative workflows.
  • Be part of a high-performing, supportive team with a genuine passion for the creative industries.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of key media and broadcast accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and first point of contact.
  • Drive strategic account planning, identifying new opportunities within established relationships.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives for new services across production, post, and distribution workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, technical pre-sales, delivery, and product management.
  • Maintain visibility of competitor movements, market dynamics, and client budgets to enhance share of wallet.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication, delivery oversight, and continuous engagement.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for:

  • Proven success as a Client Director, Senior Account Manager, or similar in the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast technology, post-production, and digital content workflows.
  • Comfortable speaking with and selling into technical and creative stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially astute with a record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic mindset with experience building long-term, high-value client partnerships.
  • Able to navigate complex sales cycles involving technical and service-based offerings.
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter, comfortable with C-suite discussions.

In return you will be offered:

  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure
  • Private healthcare, dental & vision cover
  • Pension plan with generous employer contributions
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
  • Flexible/hybrid working options
  • Ongoing training and support for career progression

Apply now if you’re ready to shape the future of content production and delivery, working at the heart of the UK’s most innovative media and broadcast projects.
