Our client provides top-tier media services worldwide, offering broadcast, technology, production, and post-production solutions for some of the world’s most high-profile live events and they are now looking for a Resources Coordinator to join their team.
This role will see you working closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure events ares fully resourced, operations run smoothly and there is efficient allocation and management of their camera and vision equipment
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and allocate camera/vision equipment for productions, maximising efficiency.

Manage equipment rentals, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.

Coordinate logistics and ensure clear communication between teams.

Provide accurate resource load lists for engineering teams.
About you:

Knowledge of Outside Broadcast Camera and Vision/Engineering equipment.

Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Able to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.

Collaborative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
