Customer Success Engineer – Join a Leading Technology Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our client’s team, a leading provider of advanced solutions in the technology industry. In this key role, you will become a product expert, working closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding, seamless implementation, and optimized use of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, architecture, and solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Customer Onboarding & Support: Lead customer onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and technical enablement, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.
  • Technical Audits & Best Practices: Conduct technical audits of customer implementations, providing proactive recommendations for best practices to ensure optimal product use.
  • Customer Success Advocacy: Monitor customer interactions, identify opportunities for proactive success conversations, and deliver exceptional support and experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, providing technical insights and advocating for customer needs, ensuring timely action on feedback and feature improvements.
  • Pre-Sales & Proposal Support: Support the sales team with technical pre-sales expertise, lead RFP responses, and contribute to the development of customer proposals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a technical customer service or support role, ideally within a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and customer-friendly manner.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid experience in video delivery over IP, network infrastructure, and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and digital video/audio standards is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve systemic issues.
  • Customer-Focused: A proactive, customer-first approach to ensuring clients maximize the potential of the solutions offered.
