Job Description
A leading provider of video streaming and OTT solutions, has a new opportunity for a Sales Engineer to support commercial growth across the Americas . This remote-based role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong grasp of video delivery technologies and a consultative approach to customer engagement.
As the Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions. You’ll play a key role in pre-sales engagements, solution design, post-sale support, and long-term account success.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical discovery, demos, and solution design throughout the sales cycle.

Translate business goals into technical architecture using proprietary products and services.

Act as the primary technical point of contact post-sale, supporting onboarding and optimization.

Collaborate internally to scope integrations and relay customer feedback to product teams.

Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to commercial proposals.
Qualifications:

5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or related role.

Deep knowledge of video streaming tech (encoding, DRM, ABR, CMS, CDNs, Smart TVs, etc.).

Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical problem-solving.

Strong communication skills with experience working across business and technical teams.

Experience in international SaaS or video tech companies is a plus.

Spanish or Portuguese fluency is advantageous for LATAM coverage.
